Job Description

Recruitment, Onboarding, Visa processing and employee joining Induction
Maintaining Employee records
Driving Employee engagement & Rewards and Recognition activities for Retail stores
Managing – Low Performers discussion, PIP, Disciplinary issues & Closure follow ups
Performance Management for Retail Stores – Quarterly basis
Manpower planning along with business
Ensuring Employee Transfers are updated in HR Portal
Co-ordinating and Ensuring employees have ID cards, Insurance and visas on time
Preparing MIS report
